Connection

The agent maintains a connection to TouchDesigner over TCP or UDP (you choose). Provide the host, the port (commonly 7000), and the protocol.

Commands

  • Send message — transmit a text message to TouchDesigner. Message content can include values drawn from the triggering event, so a rule can pass dynamic data into your TouchDesigner project.

The device reports its connection state and the transport protocol in use.
