Fabl is built for teams. You invite teammates to your workspace by email, and they join as soon as they accept.

Invite teammates

When you first set up Fabl, the onboarding flow includes an invite teammates step:
  1. Enter a teammate’s email address.
  2. Choose a role for them — Member or Admin.
  3. Add more rows for additional people, then click Send invites.
Each person receives an email invitation with a link to join your workspace. You can also choose Skip for now and invite people later.

Roles at a glance

  • Admin — full control of the workspace, including managing other members
  • Member — access governed by the granular permissions assigned to them
What each member can see and do is controlled by permissions. See Roles and permissions for the full model.
Inviting and managing members is an administrative action. Members without management permissions can use the workspace but can’t change its membership.
