Spaces and folders are how you organize content inside your workspace. They appear in the left sidebar and give every page a home.

Spaces

A space is a top-level container in your workspace. Spaces usually map to a show, a production, or a team, and they keep unrelated work cleanly separated. Each space holds pages and folders. From the sidebar you can:
  • Create a space to start a new area of work
  • Rename a space or change its icon
  • Favorite a space to pin it to the top of the sidebar
  • Expand or collapse a space to show or hide its contents
Opening a space shows its pages along with filters for searching and narrowing by date or tag.

Folders

A folder groups pages inside a space, and folders can be nested to any depth. Use them to organize by episode, segment, shooting day, or any structure that suits your team. Folders are optional — a page can live directly in a space. From a space or folder you can:
  • Create a folder and nest folders inside other folders
  • Move pages and folders by dragging them in the sidebar
  • Rename or delete a folder
Managing spaces and the workspace structure requires the workspace management permission. See Roles and permissions.

How it fits together

Spaces and folders are purely organizational — the real content lives in the pages they contain. A typical hierarchy looks like:
  • Space — “Morning Show”
    • Folder — “Week 23”
      • Page — “Monday rundown”
      • Page — “Tuesday rundown”
