Fabl integrations let you connect your rundowns, scripts, and production workflows to the tools your team already relies on. Whether you want automatic file exports, real-time Slack notifications, no-code automations via Zapier, or deep links into your video review pipeline, each integration is designed to slot into your existing stack with minimal setup. You manage all connected integrations from a single place in your workspace settings.

Available integrations

Slack

Receive production event notifications and share rundowns directly in your Slack channels.

Google Drive

Auto-export rundowns and scripts to Google Drive folders in your preferred file format.

Dropbox

Sync rundown and script exports to a Dropbox folder automatically on every publish.

Frame.io

Attach Frame.io review links and video assets directly to individual rundown segments.

Notion

Push rundowns, segments, and show metadata into a Notion database and keep them in sync.

Airtable

Sync rundowns and segments to an Airtable base for reporting, planning, and collaboration.

Zapier

Build no-code automations between Fabl and thousands of other apps using Zapier triggers and actions.

Premiere Pro

Export shot lists and scripts in formats that import directly into Adobe Premiere Pro.

How to connect an integration

All integrations follow the same general flow. The specific steps for each integration are covered on its dedicated page.
1

Open Workspace Settings

Click your workspace avatar in the bottom-left corner of Fabl, then select Settings. Navigate to the Integrations tab.
2

Choose an integration

Find the integration you want to enable and click Connect. Fabl opens the authorization flow for that service.
3

Authorize access

Sign in to the external service if prompted, then grant Fabl the permissions it requests. You are redirected back to Fabl once authorization is complete.
4

Configure the integration

Set any integration-specific options — such as which Slack channel to post to, which Drive folder to export into, or which Airtable base to sync with. Click Save.
5

Test the connection

Use the Send test or Run now button (where available) to confirm the integration is working before relying on it in production.
You can connect the same external service multiple times with different configurations — for example, two separate Slack channels for two different shows.

Managing connected integrations

Once an integration is active, you can adjust its settings or disconnect it at any time.

Editing an integration

Go to Settings → Integrations, find the connected integration, and click Configure. Update any settings and click Save changes.

Pausing an integration

To temporarily stop an integration without losing its configuration, click the toggle next to the integration name to disable it. Re-enable it the same way when you are ready.

Disconnecting an integration

Click Configure next to the integration, then scroll to the bottom of the configuration panel and click Disconnect. Fabl removes the authorization token and stops all activity for that integration.
Disconnecting an integration is immediate. Any automations or exports that depend on it will stop working until you reconnect. Your historical data in the external service is not deleted.

Integration permissions and access

Each team member can only connect integrations using their own external account credentials. Workspace owners and admins can view which integrations are active and who connected them, but they cannot see individual members’ credentials. To change which account is used for an integration, disconnect it and reconnect with the new account.
Integration availability may vary by Fabl plan. If an integration is not visible in your Settings panel, check your plan or contact your account manager.
